Notes:
In order to join Plymouth Caving Group, British Caving Association membership, including insurance must be taken out. This can be as a part of your PCG subscription, independently via another club, or directly with BCA, in which case please supply your current BCA insurance number and where your 2026 BCA membership comes from. Please select from the pull-down menu lower in the form.
For new members, BCA membership is discounted by 25% after each quarter year. Renewing members need to pay the full year's BCA membership, regardless of their renewal date.

Members under 18 on January 1st 2026 get free BCA membership all year, but while under 18, they must be accompanied by a designated adult PCG member underground.

We no longer offer temporary membership, but we offer one easy, free trip to non members, after which you are invited to join us if you wish to continue going underground with us. Please still fill in this form, including which category of membership will apply if you subsequently join us. We need your details for contact and insurance purposes.
Current temporary members may upgrade to full membership at their appropriate rate, with their £12 discounted from their fee. Please select carefully.

If you are visiting our area and are already a member of a club with full BCA insurance, you can join us as a visiting guest for up to four trips. Please still fill out this form so that we have contact details, next of kin and your BCA number and club. If you expect to visit us more regularly, please join as a full member with BCA elsewhere.

For renewing members, we require that you complete a new membership form each year to keep your details up to date.

Fees are: Full member £16 plus BCA £32, discounted quarterly for new members = £16 from July- total £32. Student £12 plus BCA £12, discounted quarterly for new members = £6 from July- total £18. Junior member under 18 £12 with free BCA membership.
